Project Prioritization Framework

Use this framework to prioritize your projects based on Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort. The score is calculated using the RICE method.

Reach: Estimated number of people or entities affected by the project within a set timeframe.

Impact: The effect on those impacted, scaled from Minimal (0.25) to Very High (3).

Confidence: The confidence in delivering the project on time, scaled from Low (50) to High (100).

Effort: Total effort required to complete the project, measured in person-days.

Score: The calculated RICE score: (Reach x Impact x Confidence) / Effort
